ARPUS/ce, Version 2.6.2 (03/10/05) (SCCS 1.4)

 sb [{ -on | -off | -auto }]
 "sb mode"

 DESCRIPTION:
The sb command adds and removes scroll bars to the right and
     bottom of the Ce/Ceterm window.

     Parameters:

     <none>
Scroll bars are toggled between off and on, unless the
current mode is "AUTO", in which case an error is
             generated.

     -on
Scroll bars are forced on. This disables mode "AUTO".

     -off
Scroll bars are forced off. This disables mode "AUTO"

     -auto
This is the default mode, In this mode the scroll bars
             appear and disappear as needed.

The initial value of the scroll bar state can be specified by the
run time options -sb {y|n|a} or the X resource "scrollBar". Note
that it is common to set scroll bar by program instead of using
the Ce X resource class. That is:
ce.scrollBar : Y ! default on scroll bars in edit windows
cv.scrollBar : Y ! default on scroll bars in browse windows
ceterm.scrollBar : N ! default off scroll bars in ceterms

The X Windows resource "scrollBarWidth" can be set to define the
minimum line size used to calculate the dimensions of the slider
portion of the scroll bar. If the X windows resource
"scrollBarWidth" is set to 0, no horizontal scroll bars will be
     present on any Ce/Ceterm.

The following mouse features are available with Ce scroll bars:

M1, M2, or M3 held down in any portion of the slider bar will
reposition the file as the mouse is moved.

M1, M3 clicked in either the gutter will reposition the file
one page relative to the slider.

M2 clicked in the gutter repositions the window into the file
to the proportional point in the gutter.

M1, M2, M3 held down in the the arrows will move the file one
line at a time based on the key repeat rate. Moving the mouse
(while held down) left on the vertical arrows accelerates the
rate geometrically. Moving the mouse to the right of the arrow
while it is held down accelerates the scrolling in the reverse
direction. Thus you can use the down arrow to scroll up.
