ARPUS/ce, Version 2.6.2 (03/10/05) (SCCS 1.4) _______________________________________________________________________________ en "edit newline" DESCRIPTION: 'en' inserts a newline character at the current position. If the cursor is in the middle of a line, the line is split. If the cursor is at the end of a line, a blank line is inserted below the current line. The cursor is moved to the beginning of the new line. In overstrike mode, if the cursor is in the middle of a line, the character under the cursor is deleted before the line is split. If the cursor is in the command window, the en command causes the text to the left of the current cursor position to be executed. If the cursor is in the Unix window in a ceterm, en will cause the text to the left of the cursor to be sent to the shell window unless hold mode is active, in which case the Unix command window will get bigger and hold the two lines.
